There are a number of aviation jobs available for skilled individuals and one of the top airlines to presently work for is JetBlue. This is because JetBlue has a business model that has made them very popular with customers and as a result, employees feel as though they have a high level of job security. If you are interested in any of these jobs in aviation, you might want to attempt to get on with JetBlue. Because it is a small airline, the jobs are not as plentiful as with other airlines, but it will definitely be worth it if you are able to become a part of this winning team.

JetBlue usually starts their hiring process with a phone interview, which is done to make sure that you have not found employment elsewhere since you filed your application. They will also want to get to know you a little bit, making the phone interview a great time to show the interviewer any knowledge you have on the company. Make sure that you do some research before you receive this phone call because anything that you can do to separate yourself from the other applicants will definitely help you out in the long run.

Once you have completed the initial phone interview, you will be emailed instructions on a possible in-person interview, which will be completed at a later date. Make sure that you follow the instructions exactly, since there will be many other people competing for the same job. When you reach your interview, make sure that you are fully prepared for anything that they could possibly ask you. These questions will be similar to other interview questions except for they will relate to the job that you are applying for. As with any other jobs in aviation, you must present yourself as a confident individual who knows what he or she is doing in all situations.

Once your interview has been completed, your employers will go over your application once again and will make you complete your fingerprinting and drug test. If you will not pass these tests, there is really no point in continuing on because you will not be accepted as an employee. If the company still likes you as an applicant, you will have do go through a couple more interviews in order to be hired. First of all, you will have a panel interview where you will have to ask questions that are directed to you by a panel of executives. Once this has been completed, there will be an exit interview, which will help the company to make its final decision. These aviation jobs are very competitive to get into, so the application process is quite long and can be stressful if you are not properly prepared.

The aviation jobs that you are applying for could be anything from a pilot to a member of the grounds crew to a technical writer, as JetBlue has needs in all areas from time to time. Those who are interest in working for the company should be prepared to jump at the chance should it arise, as the turnover rate is very low due to the great work conditions that they appear to provide.
