at their Dallas, TX location.

The Inventory specialist would be in charge of stocking parts in the proper warehouses, cycle counting and purchasing stock and ensuring stock levels are accurate. You would also assist Material Distribution Specialist with material requirements.
Responsibilities of this position include:
Delivers parts and materials ordered from various suppliers to technicians at aircraft site as soon as they have been properly inspected by shipping and receiving
Maintains master part number file and all applicable cross references.
Assists technicians at the counter with parts and materials needed from the warehouses
Assists the Materials Distribution team to ensure proper items are assigned to open work orders and sales orders.
Insures all stocking items have proper UID labeling and are stocked in the proper locations
The identifying, pulling and staging of, Inventory Obsolescence Materials as directed by Inventory Manager.
Provides assistance to Material Distribution Specialist, warehousing, posting and delivery as directed

Excellent organizational skills/Detail oriented
Strong negotiation
Knowledge of and experience with computers
Ability to work in a fast moving, fast paced, environment
Ability to work independently to meet key deliverables
Other Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent required, post high school education preferred
Respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Analyze and interpret the most complex documents
3 years general aviation parts, completions, avionics parts, and/or supplies preferred
